**Job Title**: Full-Time Veterinary Technician (RVT)
**Location**: Stratford, Ontario, Canada (Must be able to work between 3 locations)

We are currently seeking a skilled Full-Time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join us and contribute to the health and well-being of our furry friends and their families.
**Position Overview**:
As an RVT at our clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care by performing a wide range of clinical duties and providing excellent client service. The role requires flexibility to work between three locations(within a 30 min radius). This full-time position is approximately 32-40 hours per week, with some Saturdays required. Some flexibility is available. We value our RVTs and their expertise, and we are committed to offering a positive and inclusive work environment where animals always come first.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in diagnostics including lab work and radiology
- Administer and monitor patients under anesthesia and provide pre
- and post-operative care
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
- Educate clients on pet care, nutrition, and preventative health
- Assist in surgery and dental procedures
- Provide compassionate care and support to both patients and clients
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle medical inventory
- Work flexibly between three clinic locations as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate of an accredited Veterinary Technician program
- Preferably licensed as an RVT in Ontario but not required
- 1 year of experience as a working technician is preferred
- Experience with Avimark is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel and work at multiple locations (must have own vehicle)
- Willing to find the fun
