**FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE** Status: Full Time 40h/week - Base salary + Commission + Expenses reimbursement **ABOUT AIRTEK** The name "Airtek" has been synonymous with "Excellence" in the industrial market for over fifty years. They see us as their own warehouse which will provide them with in-stock products, With a recent change in ownership, Airtek is looking for an individual who’s looking to grow both professionally & personally within the company and become part of Airtek’s bright future. **JOB SUMMARY** **HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE** - Sell and promote products to both existing and potential customers - Prompt the customer to identify their business needs & objectives. - Determine how our products & services can best solve the customer needs & objectives - Advise the customer on which products will bring the highest level of value. - Practice cross-selling techniques between our different product lines - Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers - Develop & convert new sales opportunities - Collect & document customer information in our CRM for future follow-ups - Assist with corporate marketing strategies **WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN** - Knowledgeable about industrial tooling industry - Ability to learn quickly our product lines - Experience in Business to Business sales - Excellent communication skills - Active listening by being a curious individual - High School Diploma - Meticulous & well organized - Team Player - Bilingual **Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay **Experience**: - sales: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) Work Location: On the road
