**JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS**:
Technician to assist with emergency disasters, cleaning, and residential & commercial demolition. Must be reliable and available to respond to emergencies after hours.
- Emergency water extraction
- Clean fabrics, upholstery and carpets
- Assist in demolishing buildings
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Asbestos abatement and other contaminants
- Lead a team of workers on-site

**REQUIRED**:

- Valid driver's licence
- Own full set of tools
- Steel-toed boots
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player
- Client focus
- Positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
