This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our local office.

**What the day will look like**- Analyzes client specific risk exposure and details coverage requirements. Prepares and presents marketing proposals for renewals and new business.- Negotiates with underwriters to establish the best terms and conditions with respect to premiums and coverage.- Continually works to develop expertise in the property and casualty arena through networking, technical training and client discussions.- Follows up with insurer to confirm terms of agreed upon contract are met.- Approves documentation for new contracts, policy changes, additions, deletions and renewals.- Establishes contacts and nurtures relationships within the underwriting community in an effort to achieve the best rates and coverage for Aon clients.- Collaborates with Account Executives to develop coverage strategy and marketing initiatives for renewal and prospective business.- Collaborates effectively with Account Teams in serving our clients.- Reviews and approves applicable insurance documentation.- Provides guidance, training and mentoring to assist in the development of colleagues inside/outside the department.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

**Required Experience**:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Commercial Insurance roles, preference to those with experience in Property- RIBO license required

**Education**:
- College or University degree- CRM, CIP, or CAIB insurance designations preferred.
