**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Construct and repair structures using **brick, stone, and other masonry materials** for residential, commercial, and heritage projects.
- Build **patios, garden walls, retaining walls, pathways, and other landscape features**.
- Lay **bricks and/or natural stone veneer** with precision and structural integrity.
- Repair and **restore masonry structures** to their original state.
- Interpret and follow **blueprints, project plans, and specifications**.
- Mentor and guide **apprentices** when needed.
- Adhere to all **safety regulations and company standards**.

**Qualifications**:

- **3 to 5 years of professional masonry experience**.
- Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs** and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong passion for **craftsmanship** and keen **attention to detail**.
- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills** (verbal and written).
- Strong **organizational and time-management skills**.
- Ability to **work independently** and as part of a **collaborative team**.
- Must own **basic masonry tools**.
- Valid **Driver’s License** and **reliable transportation**.
- **Red Seal Bricklayer (401A)** certification is an asset but not required.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **$31-$37 per hour**, based on experience and skill level.
- **Full-time position** (40 hours per week).
