The position we have on offer is for **two shifts per week, Monday and Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately for sales, exchanges and cash transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and attractive.
- Stay well informed about product features to tell the story of our slow fashion clothing.
- Perform inventory checks accurately on a daily basis.
- **Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales with women's clothing necessary.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work alone and be self motivated to ensure daily tasks are accomplished reliably and with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and meeting sales targets.
- An ability to work confidently with Ipads, and laptop computers.
- Reliability to cover your shifts each and every week.
- Honesty and a high standard of ethics.
