**Seeking a Customer Experience Leader/FOH Manager for distillery**

- **Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:_
- Create customer engagement, deliver on initiatives to increase customers, grow our event booking schedule and direct interaction with customers / clients.
- Deliver on growing our inside sales and initiatives that are consistent within the market
- Managing the business aspects of the bar; assisting in negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
- Hiring and training staff for the front of house to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that the bar is well-staffed during peak hours.
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls for the front of house.
- Effectively delegating responsibilities and maximizing resources.
- Regular interaction with clients and further reinforcing the brand experience.
- Working with and accommodating diverse personalities, including staff and patrons.
- Planning and taking part in promotional events.
- Diffusing, de-escalating or intervening in tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues; ejecting unruly persons, if needed.
- Maintaining a fun and safe atmosphere for staff, and patrons.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- High School Diploma at minimum.
- Strong understanding of business management; related education would be an asset.
- Experience in hospitality industry is required; bar or restaurant management experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Excellent computer and admin skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to be flexible and take a hands-on approach working alongside the team.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, and occasionally carry heavy items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 4 years (preferred)
- FOH Manager: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Pro-Serve (preferred)
