Dock Worker

**Job Description**:

- Unloading and loading freight from inbound/outbound trailers
- Distributing freight to P&D drivers
- Marking/Stickering freight with identifying information
- Documenting overages/shortages and damages.
- Scanning shipments on and off of the trailers.
- Reweighing in/out going freight
- Must be able to work safely, and keep dock in a state of cleanliness
- Some lifting required.

**Qualifications**:

- Must become forklift certified
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Health and safety conscious
- Attention to detail and good knowledge of Canadian geography an asset
- Dock experience is an asset
- Ongoing paid training is mandatory
- Strong communication skills are an asset
