Operations - Manager of Properties

**Hours of Work**:37.5 weekly - Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the direction of property operations and maintenance staff to achieve the highest possible level of service.
- Assist in prioritizing work orders, and work on creating and implementing mulit-year maintenance plans.
- Management of assets including building, vehicles, etc.
- Assist with the inspection schedule and actioning items to receive positive inspection outcomes -Work with Operations and other business units to manage building accesses including keys and fobs
- Secondary contact for fire and other alarms
- Responsible for building and maintaining the properties on-call schedule

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12-General Educational Development
- Bobcat license or willing to obtain
- Preference will be given to those with working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general renovations.
- First Aid/CPR Certification or availability to procure certification
- 5th Class Saskatchewan Driver’s License
- Must be able to provide a Criminal Record Check -WHIMIS
- Computer literacy is required; Microsoft suite, DMS, CMMS systems, etc.
- 5th Class Boiler Operator License/Certificate an asset
- Refrigeration Plant Operator License an asset
