**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our store—delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our riders in finding the right gear, bikes, and accessories. Full product and technical training will be provided, along with access to extensive online resources and an industry-leading team.

At Norco North Shore—our corporate retail location in the heart of North Vancouver—we're passionate about bikes and the people who ride them. We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with all store visitors
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Complete daily operational tasks, including opening/closing duties, cleaning, restocking, and merchandising
- Ensure all sale items are clearly labeled and properly displayed
- Support other departments and assist technicians and the Service Manager as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and environmentally conscious workspace
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being proactive, dependable, and team-oriented

**Applicant Should Possess**:

- 3+ years of retail experience; experience in a bike shop or outdoor retail is a strong asset
- Solid understanding of bicycles and cycling culture (or a willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
