**Summary**:
Under the supervision of a Property Manager, assist with various property management functions of an assigned portfolio of residential assets. Assist with all aspects of managing and reporting on the financial performance, property operations, capital project execution, staffing and tenant relations. Ensure excellent client relations by providing excellent management service through knowledge, practice and personal contact.

**The Details**:
- Work term: 4-8 months

**The Ideal Student**:
- Enrolled in a degree or diploma program such as: Commerce, Urban Land Economics, Real Estate, Finance etc.
- Basic accounting skills and proficiency with numbers.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat is required, and the desire and ability to learn property management software.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills.
- Extremely well organized, disciplined, and able to work well in a busy team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, tenants and other professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Property Manager(s) with the administration of all paper work related to late rent payments, eviction notices, 10-day notices, and Notice of Entry (NOE’s).
- Assist with the creation and modification of presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other various administrative documents and communication tools.
- Prepare monthly property and tenancy reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administer data entry into property management software, including scanning and filing tenant documentation and related communication.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
