Qualifications include:

- Secondary School Graduate (Grade 12/OSSGD) or recognized equivalent.
- One year recent related clerical experience required.
- Experience with Meditech appointment scheduling and patient registration preferred.
- Accurate typing 40 w.p.m.
- Working knowledge of and familiarity with registration and booking procedures preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology an asset.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), analytical, attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Satisfactory attendance record.
