**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, graders.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the transportation of equipment as needed, requiring commercial driving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with Caterpillar machinery.
- Proficiency in loader operation, grader operation, and horizontal drilling techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Valid commercial driver's license is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
