We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in daily store operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Experience**:

- Lead by example in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers.
- Ensure that our customers receive top-tier service, assisting them with their inquiries and needs.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or understocking.
- Monitor inventory to identify sales trends and make informed purchasing recommendations.
- **Daily Store Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and staff scheduling.
- Train and supervise store staff to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- **Collaboration with Store Manager**:

- Work under the guidance of the Store Manager to implement company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates on store performance and contribute to achieving Store-wide objectives. **Requirements**:

- Previous retail supervisory experience in the pool industry is an asset.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a commitment to employee development.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

**Salary**: From $17.55 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week.

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed.

Supplemental pay types:
