Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This position is ideal for those with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

**Skills**:

- Experience working in nursing homes, home care, or assisted living facilities is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to provide compassionate and respectful care
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
