Our team, led by owners Dr. Sean Perry and Dr. Andrew Brubacher, is comprised of twelve highly qualified, skilled practitioners, and offers the convenience of day, evening and Saturday appointments. Services include Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Active Release Therapies (ART), Naturopathic Medicine, Injury Rehabilitation and Psychological Counselling.". Our work environment is positive, inspiring, and motivating with the opportunity to grow with the company. **Responsibilities**: - Supervise and manage daily operations of the clinic - Ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care - Oversee scheduling and coordination of appointments - Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment - Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards - Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes - Ensure accuracy and confidentiality Qualifications: - Previous experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting (preferred) - Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures - Experience working in medical office setting - Understanding of medical terminology and documentation requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: - Brooklin, ON L1M 1B1 (required) Work Location: In person
