**What you will do** as a Senior Broadband Analyst:
- Provide expert level support related to access network technology within our service provider-client networks, including DOCSIS CMTS and xPON infrastructure.
- Perform technical analysis of client networks related to support, audits, and proactive maintenance.
- Provide support related to access technology deployments within client networks, including DOCSIS, xPON, WiFi, and other forms of wireless.
- Participate in a sales engineering role as needed to ensure clients are provided with accurate information to make informed business planning decisions
- Provide Tier3 support to our ISP clients and diagnose and resolve service-impacting issues, with the understanding that at times this work may be required after regular business hours.
- Execute scheduled maintenance activities on customer broadband platforms with the understanding that this work is typically performed during early morning time slots.
- Participate as a member of our support team responding to customer support requirements during regular business hours between 9am - 5pm Eastern Monday.
- Participate in a rotating weekly on-call schedule and respond to client escalations after-hours.
- Produce documentation and diagrams relevant to assigned tasks.
- Promote a positive attitude and present a professional and expert level of support for clients.
**What you will bring**:
- 2 years minimum job experience in ISP environment.
- Advanced level knowledge in DOCSIS and/or FTTx technologies.
- Advanced level knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Experience with ISC DHCP.
- Minimum 2 year’s experience with Linux Operating Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
