**The opportunity**
Altus Group has a new and exciting opportunity for a Manager, Corporate Strategy to work in partnership with our Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy and Corporate Analytics. You will lead high-level strategic and change initiatives focused on managing strategic projects, acquisitions and business integration. In collaboration with senior stakeholders, you will translate business objectives into metrics and actionable plans, ensuring alignment with our overall corporate strategy.

**What you will focus on**:
- Strategy. _You will work directly with senior management to formulate business innovation and transformation initiatives aligned to corporate strategy. You will:
- Provide input into business decisions as a trusted advisor to senior management.
- Develop business cases and assessments of expected return on investment for new initiatives (i.e. related to technology, tools, training and automation), focusing on customer needs.
- Create and track performance metrics and outcomes to evaluate success (what type of performance metrics and outcomes and for what topic).
- Conduct analysis required to inform strategic recommendations and consider the big picture when assessing a course of action.
- Operate as a specialist resource to senior management.
- Manage large-scale transformational changes based on key business imperatives, driving change from a business, process and people perspective.
- Change management. _You will collaborate with senior management to design and deploy a change management and communications strategy related to business transformation initiatives. You will:
- Oversee the assessment of change needs and preparedness, and the development of persuasive business cases, under the guidance of senior management.
- Regularly monitor change processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the executive team.
- Understand and anticipate change management requirements based on new technology and tools and incorporate this knowledge into execution and learning roadmaps.
- Communication. _You will work with senior management to develop comprehensive plans for change projects, including communicating a vision to drive business results. You will:
- Structure, create, influence and deliver business information that drives others to action by presenting ideas in a clear and compelling way.
- Network with external business contacts to gather competitive insights and best practices.
- Facilitate and collaborate engagement sessions with stakeholders.
You will have:
- The education and experience. You have an MBA combined with a background in management consulting, including change management, and strategic transformation management. Exposure to commercial real estate, data solutions, or technology companies is a benefit.
- The expertise. You have the research and analytics skills to identify emerging trends and implement new processes. You take a data-driven approach to determining business needs and making impactful recommendations. You prioritize diversity, equality, and inclusion in your change management strategies, and thrive in a collaborative role, sharing and gaining knowledge to ensure the best outcomes.
- The project management skills. You have innovative project management and program design and delivery practices, techniques and tools. You can identify resources, gain buy-in, overcome risk, and create engagement. You have experience in conflict management, navigating barriers, tight timelines, and competing priorities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of complexity.
