**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Promote retail products and services through effective upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with the best service possible.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus, including appointment scheduling and client management.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products to clients.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques to cater to diverse client needs.
- Ability to upsell services and products while maintaining a positive client experience.
