Clinic Manager

Answering phones, greeting patients - Booking new patients and follow up appointments - Processing payments and extended health care billing portals - General administrative duties - filing patient documents, assisting patients with paperwork and maintaining patient records - Corresponding with Motor Vehicle adjusters and other insurance company representatives - Knowledge of how to access all types of Physiotherapy funding - Assisting patients to the treatment area - Assist Physiotherapists to implement patient treatment plans including modalities and instruction of therapeutic exercise - Communication with practitioners - Responsible for clinic cleaning duties as directed - Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures - Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met - Co-ordinate with owner and assist in plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, ordering supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance as required - Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls - Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures - Ability to carry out - Train staff - File control (invoicing out every >30 days) and tracking expenditures (tracking and filing company receipts and write offs for company’s accounting department to process) - Perform data entry - Oversee payroll administration **Qualifications & Core Competencies** - High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent - Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette - High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task - Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills - Strong computer and data entry skills - Flexible and adaptable to change - Experience in a Physiotherapy clinic an asset - Experience in a Chiropractic clinic an asset - Experience in Kinesiology is an asset - **Knowledge and experience of Jane App is mandatory**: - **Knowledge of Quickbooks is mandatory** **Work Location** In-Person **Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week **Benefits**: - On-site parking Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed **Experience**: - Customer service: 3 years (required) Ability to Commute: - Sherwood Park, AB T8H 0X5 (required) Work Location: In person
