**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the Associate Vice-President, Central Overlay Group, Operations, the Junior Coordinator, Wealth Products is responsible for supporting data entry for Wellington-Altus advise based platforms, including Advice+ Managed, Platinum Private Portfolios and Crescent Separately Managed (SMA) programs.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Supporting the operational aspects of Wellington-Altus platforms, including Platinum Private Portfolios and other internal products.
- Acting as liaisons between internal departments facilitating effective communication and resolving operational issues.
- Supporting research projects to help streamline departmental initiatives and streamline processes.
- Shadowing and assisting with process account setups in internal systems to help maintain and adjust account configurations.
- Collaborating closely with the Fees department to assist with processing closing fees on accounts.
- Exposing to IA teams operational aspects, and inquiries and pertaining to compliance regulatory requirements and data accuracy.
- Assisting with projects, including Envestnet, and working closely with the department to improve processes.
- Assisting Wealth Coordinator to prepare detailed project documentation and reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Providing service support to the internal teams while contributing to overall business objectives.
- Assisting Wealth Coordinator to educate team members on Wealth Products operations and platform functionalities and conduct regular training sessions for team members and other departments to ensure effective platform usage and updates.
- Assisting Wealth Coordinator to research, gather, and examine data to develop valuable insights and provide solutions for process improvements, supporting business development efforts with operational expertise.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating seamlessly with internal departments to facilitate efficient operations and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned, including any additional project work that meets the business needs.
- Pursuing or a completed degree or diploma in business administration, or similar field of study.
- One or more years of experience in a customer service facing environment is required.
- One or more years of experience in a wealth management firm, retail banking environment, technology company, or financial operations company, is an asset, but not required. is an asset, but not required.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel.
- Experience with Kyndrl, Envestnet, Netrep, and/or Croesus is considered an asset.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, accountability, reliability and adaptability in accomplishing day-to-day tasks.
- Excellent attitude and commitment to providing extraordinary service.
- An excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- An ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
