**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all phases of custom home and renovation projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor progress and communicate regularly with clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (asset).
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
