What You’ll Be Doing

The Web Publisher - Co-op is a member of the Corporate Intranet team which is responsible for updating and enhancing our corporate and social intranet sites. You will be accountable for publishing pages, documents, and images to CIBC intranet. This includes receiving, preparing, publishing and reviewing content changes while adhering to corporate standards and brand guidelines to all intranet contents. This individual will assess requests for compliance and will proactively identify possible compliance issues under the intranet governance model.

Important Information
- You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Work Location: Further clarity on the work location will be provided at the time of your interview. Please note all employees must work within their current jurisdiction and must reside within Canada. All CIBC Co-op positions require you to be based in Canada for the duration of the term.
- Duration of Term : Summer 2025 (May - August)

How You’ll Succeed
- Publish Content - Work closely with members of the Intranet team, business partners, and communications team to prepare and publish intranet contents. Ensure that urgent news messages and escalations are managed in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance and Auditing - Ensure brand guidelines are applied to all intranet contents. Ensure deliverables are reviewed for quality assurance, prior to business partner reviews or publishing.

Who You Are- You're digitally savvy. You can demonstrate understanding of Internet/Intranet techniques, design, and information architecture as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Experience in data entry and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and HTML is an asset.- You embrace and advocate for change.
