**OVERVIEW**
The Quality Control (QC) Technician is responsible for ensuring products (mainly concrete and aggregate) meet contract requirements, and developing corrective actions and communicating requirements to production personnel.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Certification** (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working with **field teams** in construction or precast concrete.
- **Good computer skills** (MS Office, data entry, report preparation).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to **identify and solve problems independently**.
- **Proactive and resourceful**:able to find solutions, take initiative, and move tasks forward.
- Strong **team player and communicator**, capable of working across departments.
- Ability to **manage small teams or projects**, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Comfortable working independently in a **fast-paced environment**.
- **Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D**, with practical knowledge for preparing and reviewing drawings.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Field concrete testing on daily basis (slump, air content, making cylinders, etc.)
- Transporting concrete cylinders to the lab
- Support aggregate recycling operation
- Support batch operation
- Determining the QC requirements for each job
- Develop QC plans, documents and reports
- Pre-pour Inspection
- Post-Pour Inspection
- Maintain good communication with others
- Participate in the company’s safety program
- Maintain a sufficient inventory of necessary goods
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Form inspection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
