Saskatoon, Canada Biktrix Electric Bikes Full time

**Are you the kind of person who knows inventory inside out?**
**Do you spot inefficiencies like a hawk and solve them like a chess master?**
**Then we want to talk to you.**

About Us

Biktrix is a fast-growing Canadian e-bike company on a mission to electrify how the world moves. We design, assemble, and ship high-performance e-bikes across North America — and inventory is the beating heart of our business. We’re looking for a **strategic, hands-on inventory leader** who thrives in complexity and can scale operational excellence.

The Opportunity

As **Inventory & Supply Chain Manager**, you won’t just _manage_ stock — you’ll **engineer an efficient, intelligent system** that powers our sales and showroom network across Canada and the U.S.

You’ll own:

- Forecasting
- Inventory flow
- Supplier negotiations
- Warehouse optimization
- Strategic cost reduction

This is not a passive role. You’ll **build systems**, **lead teams**, and **drive measurable results**.

- **Inventory Mastery**: Maintain precise control over inventory, valuation, and availability. Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time — with mínimal capital tied up.
- **Data-Driven Forecasting**: Build and refine forecasts using sales data, trends, and market intel. Adjust fast.
- **Cost Optimization**: Find savings across freight, warehousing, and purchasing through negotiation, smarter planning, and process improvements.
- **Supplier & Freight Partnerships**: Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and shipping companies for best price and service.
- **ERP & SKU Strategy**: Develop scalable SKU systems and use **Odoo ERP** like a pro.
- **Distribution Strategy**: Oversee allocation of inventory to our showrooms nationwide. Optimize flow, minimize friction.
- **Warehouse & Process Improvement**: Reimagine our warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency.
- **Team Leadership**: Build and lead an operations team that runs like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- **5+ years of hands-on inventory/supply chain leadership**, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or D2C
- Proven success in reducing operational costs and improving flow
- Strong forecasting and analytical skills (Excel & ERP wizardry expected)
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- ERP experience (Odoo strongly preferred)
- Leadership experience managing people and processes
- E-commerce or high-velocity product environment is a major plus

Perks & Benefits
- Competitive salary + **performance bonus**:

- Extended health care
- Flexible schedule
- Relocation support
- Tuition reimbursement
- Casual dress + fun team culture
- Real ownership of your domain

Location

On-site at our **Saskatoon HQ**.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress
- Company events
- Employee assistance program
- Extended health care
- Flexible schedule
