Banquet Server

As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service during events and functions. You will be responsible for setting up, serving, and cleaning up during events, all while ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Preparation**: Set up tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary items for events according to the event specifications.
- **Service**: Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner. Ensure all guests’ needs are met and address any requests or concerns.
- **Clean-Up**: Efficiently clear and clean tables, chairs, and other equipment after the event. Ensure the venue is left in excellent condition.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth event execution.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- **Skills**: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- **Appearance**: Professional appearance and demeanor. Uniforms will be provided.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
