**The Role and Key Responsibilities**

We are currently looking for an experienced Program Planning and Schedule Analyst to provide impartial and unbiased assessment and analysis of construction and implementation schedules during a project’s development phase. The role supports the validation of the development phase and target price proposal of a project to ensure that the project represents a strong value proposition for the owner. We act independently of both the project owner and the supply chain and are responsible for establishing and maintaining a collaborative and productive contractual relationship between the participants. The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

- Support, challenge, and opinion to the Project Team on the status of construction and delivery schedules produced by the supply chain as part of a development phase.
- Conduct health checks to assure the schedule is in compliance with contractual requirements and industry best practice.
- Provide independent schedule assurance reviews identifying alignment with benchmarking, agreed methodologies, and sequencing.
- Assessment of quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) processes and provision of feedback and challenge.
- Independent challenge of assumptions, bias, and basis of schedules.
- Development of processes and procedures to standardize the approach taken for schedule analysis.

**Essential**
- Expert knowledge of planning software including Oracle Primavera P6 and Risk Analysis, and Acumen Fuse.
- Expert in analyzing complex construction schedules, preferably in the rail and urban transit sector, or for the delivery of large infrastructure projects, and providing independent assessment, valuable insights, and recommendations.
- Experience in leading a team and influencing its development.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent formal presentation skills, including written and spoken presentation, to senior leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications and Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or other relevant field.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the rail and urban transit sector or the delivery of large infrastructure projects.
- Relevant certification from an accredited professional body such as the APM (ChPP/PMQ), PMI (PMP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) from AACE, or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
