Do you enjoy office administration work and pay attention to detail? We are looking for a full time Warranty Administrator in our head office branch. In this role, you will prepare, submit and monitor warranty claims to various suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing company profits and maintaining vendor and inter-divisional relationships. You will also review and close repair orders to ensure complete, accurate and timely invoices.

**Responsibilities**
- Reviews warranty repair orders to ensure complete and accurate information.
- Gathers or clarifies information as required from necessary parties.
- Closes warranty repair orders by creating invoices based on information collected.
- Submits warranty claims. Files and retains warranty service records. Reviews any discrepancies from what the vendor pays to our original request or a claim rejection. Investigates the variances and determines if further information or documentation will increase our claim reimbursement. Resubmits claim if it makes business sense.
- For warranty claims that turn into policy claims, downloads ‘goodwill’ form, submits online or via fax, and monitors for possible payment response.
- Provides information regarding warranty parameters for front counter upon request.
- Ensures Service Coordinators are advised when warranty work impacts customer service or payment.
- Responds to customer questions or concerns about warranty.
- Completes repair orders and invoices within the given time frame to avoid losses due to filing too late.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years working in heavy-duty truck or trailer or related industry
- Invoicing experience with knowledge of debits/credits
- Knowledge of standard repair times and how to manage repair orders preferred
- General understanding of warranty guidelines and approval process an asset
- Knowledge of International (Navistar) warranty an asset
- A team player with strong commitment to the customer
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people
- Organized, sets priorities, meets deadlines
- Excellent fact finding and analytical skills
- Aptitude for numbers, shows attention to detail, accuracy
- Exposure to a centralized computer billing system; Karmak knowledge preferred
