**Job Overview**:
- As a Concierge, you are the “face” of the high-end residential properties. You are responsible for greeting all residents and visitors with a warm smile, and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service, while ensuring the property stays safe and secure. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations.
**Shifts Available**:
Monday to Friday
- 8am - 4pm
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
- At least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is required
- Excellent written and oral command of the **English **language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.
- Strong computer skills are a requirement for use of the various fob, camera, and other computer systems.
**Driver's License and access to a vehicle are required as the building is a 45min walk from nearest bus stop. **
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior.
- Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers
- Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)

**Compensation**:
- $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
