**About the Opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a **full-time Graphic Designer & Website Management Specialist,**to join our team in **Vancouver, BC,**with 1 day/week work from home.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for creating visually engaging content, managing the organization’s website, and producing multimedia assets to support VRCA’s programs, services, and events. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to extend VRCA’s brand and engage industry audiences.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Producing multimedia assets such as videos, graphics, and digital ads to support marketing campaigns, events, and programs
- Managing and updating VRCA’s website, including enhancing user interfaces, optimizing for SEO, and ensuring functionality
- Monitoring website performance, conducting audits, and troubleshooting issues to maintain optimal performance
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure website security and compliance with best practices
- Creating and managing digital media assets for events, including PowerPoint presentations, motion graphics, and event highlight videos
- Developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with VRCA’s goals
- Managing Google Ads campaigns and leveraging content through SEO strategies
- Supporting the promotion and execution of special projects and events
- Preparing presentations, dashboards, and analytics to inform decision-making
- Staying updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team

**About You**:
To qualify, you will need a **bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field**and a **minimum of 3 years of experience** in graphic design and website administration. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, as well as web design and development knowledge including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, will also be essential. Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is required. **A combination of education and experience will be considered.**

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

- Content strategy and internet marketing experience
- Expertise with WordPress and Gutenberg
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with website security and compliance standards
- Creative and innovative approach to design and problem-solving
