Aquastar Swim Lessons Ltd is seeking experienced and passionate Swim Instructors to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching individuals of all ages and abilities how to swim confidently and safely.
Minimum 3+ years of experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Teach swimming techniques to children, teenagers, adults, and seniors, tailoring instruction to each individual's strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals with varying levels of comfort and ability in the water.
- Instruct students on water safety and emergency rescue procedures.
- Develop expertise in swimming instruction and continuously improve teaching methods.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on holidays and weekends.
- Ensure the safety of participants during lessons and around the pool area.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and collaborate with team members during emergencies.
- Arrive punctually for scheduled lessons and ensure all necessary equipment is prepared and set up.
- Submit completed reports and attendance records promptly.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service to all participants.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Swim Instructor.
- Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Commitment to promoting water safety and providing quality instruction.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $32.00-$87.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
