**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and monitor Test Takers during examinations to ensure compliance with testing regulations.
- Educate test-takers on examination procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with students regarding any questions or concerns they may have during the testing process.
- Maintain an orderly and secure testing environment by enforcing policies and regulations.
- Address any issues that arise during the examination promptly and professionally.
- Document incidents or irregularities as required by testing protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail to ensure adherence to all testing procedures and guidelines.
- Available Saturdays mornings
