**Job Overview**
The Project Lead’s role is to coordinate and execute all phases of the project including initial estimating all the way through to completion for their portfolio of Interior architecture projects. The Project Lead must interface with internal (sales support, Design, PM) external resources (Vendors, Contractor, Designers & 3rd party PM’s) and be the primary point on all projects. You will be responsible for all the communication related to scheduling, coordination and utilization of those resources throughout the entire project. The Project Manager needs to analyze construction projects from multiple angles, determine the best solutions and scope, and create pricing estimates that win profitable projects. This role requires general knowledge of construction and extreme attention to detail and accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create comprehensive cost estimates for a wide variety of construction projects
- Survey potential sites for suitability and associated cost
- Verify vendor and subcontractor estimates fall within the defined scope
- Create estimates for all necessary insurance considerations
- Present your estimates to stakeholders and clients
- Review incoming RFPs and Bids to analyze whether to move forward
- Point of contact and communicator for project including weekly meetings and monthly reports on project.
- Identify issues before they happen and find solutions.

**Skills**:

- Construction industry related project management skills and 3 plus years of related construction experience.
- Ability to communicate on a technical and professional level with project stakeholders
- Skilled and negotiating with clients and vendors
- Strong client-facing skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the Ontario building code and standard building practices
- Hands-on experience with project management software (eg. Bluebeam & working knowledge of Revit, and MS office suite)
- Adaptable and willing to embrace new technologies to help improve the design and construction process
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $68,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
