**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning tasks.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or nursing home settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, or working with people with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting as required by client needs.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable.
- A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
