**Social Worker** the purpose or your role is to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and interventions to individuals and their families. The Social Worker participates as an integral member of the multidisciplinary health care team in the provision of patient care.
- Masters of Social Work degree from an accredited school of Social Work
- Registration with Ontario College of Certified Social Workers/Social Services Workers mandatory
- Minimum of two years of progressive clinical experience in a health care setting
- Experience in Oncology and Palliative Care is considered an asset
- Experience with MAID considered an asset
- Sounds knowledge of the Child and Family Services Act
- Understanding of the DSM IV
- Risk Assessment experience
- Computer proficiency
