**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare a variety of Indian sweets, including but not limited to, Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Barfi, and Ladoo.
- Should be able to prepare Indian snacks like samosa, chaats etc
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal flavor and texture.
- Assist in the design and presentation of sweets for special occasions or events.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or during product demos.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the production process.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Indian Sweet Maker (Halwai) or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties is beneficial for managing sales transactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in technical sales or product demos can enhance customer engagement.
- A genuine passion for Indian cuisine and the art of sweet-making is essential.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
