**Job Description**:
In this role you will build strong relationships and partner with the campus recruitment team, university career centre leads, faculty members and business leaders across the organization. In collaboration with these groups, you will build and enhance our visibility with a talented and diverse group of students. You will serve as a professional brand ambassador for CPPIB, promoting our unique value proposition. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from a diverse team of exceptional human resources and investment professionals.

Position Requirements
- Act as the trusted Talent Advisor for groups you will support internally
- Help to design and deliver initiatives that align with the Campus Talent Acquisition strategy
- Implement and manage school and program strategies to ensure we are engaging with top students
- Develop sourcing strategies, plan and create diverse pipelines in order to attract students from various educational backgrounds, and from historically under-represented groups.
Assists in the design of the employee experience for temporary and full-time campus hires, collaborate with other HR professionals on execution of the plan
- Manage performance review process for campus hires
Travel (once we resume in-person campus events) will be required for this position

**Qualifications**:

- Displays conduct consistent with CPP Investment’s guiding principles of integrity, partnership and high performance
- A proven track record of Campus or experienced hiring and passion for Campus Talent Acquisition
Flexible, well-organized, able to work well under pressure and within a high-performance culture, with consistent quality outputs and effort expected
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and project planning/project management skills
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process
