**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for surface preparation and painting tasks.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in assembling or fabricating parts as needed during the painting process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate cranes and other lifting equipment safely.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to painting tasks.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to weld or fabricate components is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.72-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
