We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a coffee shop environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced food environment and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage All Front of House and Kitchen Activities
- Focus on the Food
- Cost Control
- Lead and Develop Team
- Systems and Processes
- Merchandising and Displays
- Office Management
- Forecasting and Budgeting
- Problem Solving

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience: 2+ years in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory capacity.
- Technical Training: Coffee shop management experience required. Culinary background is desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
