You support our team as SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION **Responsibilities**: - You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing a safe work environment. - You will lead and coordinate the production team, guiding and coaching team members to meet daily and weekly production targets. - You will plan and schedule production activities using SAP, ensuring optimal resource allocation. - You will oversee the production of surface treatment products, flavors, and colorants, ensuring adherence to quality standards and GMP. - You will monitor and verify production output according to process specifications and maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. - You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - You will communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.**Qualifications**: - You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role. - You possess profound knowledge of various manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools. - You are familiar with GMPs and quality programs, ensuring compliance at all levels. - You have practical experience with SAP and MS Office, and strong organizational and leadership skills. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven approach. - You are self-motivated and an efficient problem solver, able to manage stress and meet deadlines. - You hold a high school diploma; additional technical qualifications in food manufacturing or chemistry are a plus. - Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
