Team Leaders report to their Assistant General Manager and General Manager, overseeing both back of house and front of house operations. They're passionate about fitness and inspired by wellness; they're willing to explore all elements of health and food including progressive ingredients and ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Front of House_
- Demonstrating a fluency of our entire menu and sharing that knowledge w/ our guests
- Ringing in orders, handling payments, and managing the total guest experience
- Willingness to become a leader of our coffee and tea program, taking full ownership of iQ's espresso and tea station
- Helping expedite orders while keeping work areas meticulously tidy
- Assisting w/ merchandizing of food and beverages
- Assisting w/ the organization of catering orders
- Assisting managers w/ impeccable store organization
- Independently performing opening and closing duties (ability to open and close our restaurants)
- Back of House_
- Working diligently to prepare key ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner service while maintaining immaculately clean work stations
- Working alongside fellow Team Members during busy breakfast, lunch and dinner rushes, specifically our bowls, snacks and smoothie menu.
- Navigating through busy service times by prepping food on demand and staying on top of par levels.
- Tasting the entire line to ensure that the ingredients are prepared and taste according to iQ standards.
- Management Responsibilities_
- Assisting the AGM and GM in running a smooth service by ensuring all food is prepared on time and the team is organized into their appropriate positions.
- Providing feedback to team members to ensure that they are on a path to success
- Assisting with the training of new team members
- Responsible for delegating and ensuring team members are taking their breaks
- Ensuring that our team is maintaining iQ's Health & Safety standards at all times
- Receiving orders from our suppliers, and organizing while putting them away following FIFO techniques
- Able to respond and handle guest complaints and guest interactions.
- Maintaining neat and tidy work stations and ensuring the kitchens and workstations are left in spotless condition
- Ensuring their team exemplifies iQ's brand values and shares our passion for health, wellness and delicious food
- Assisting the Management team in creating a positive workplace and encouraging dialogue and communication among team members

**QUALITIES + QUALIFICATIONS WE LOOK FOR**:

- Demonstrating a fluency of our menu and sharing that knowledge w/ our guests
- Ability to establish a personal connection w/ our guests
- Willingness to become a highly trained barista able to take full ownership of iQ's espresso and tea station
- Well-developed safe-knife handling practices
- Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen, hospitality or catering environment is required
- Prior experience as a leader is highly preferred, but not required
