**Position**:
GlassMasters is looking for a Shop Assistant for our Red Deer location. In this role, you will be working with Autoglass Technicians to ensure the safe and efficient replacement and repair of all automotive glass. You will be responsible for basic shop tasks such as assisting senior technicians in the shop or out on mobile crew, prepping glass, performing rock chip repairs, performing LDWS calibrations, pick-up and delivery service of various account/ customers vehicles, and cleaning the shop and mobile vans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safe and efficient preparation of automotive glass.
- Perform calibrations.
- Assist autoglass technicians with installations.
- Rock Chip repairs.
- Prepping of all automotive glass.
- Loading/ unloading mobile vans.
- Drive company and account vehicles responsibly and safely.
- Maintain a clean shop and/or mobile Van.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class S Driver’s License.
- Clean Driver's Abstract.
- Professional Appearance.
- Positive Attitude.
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment.
- Solid work ethic and ability to deliver exceptional Customer service.

- Works well in a team environment.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift - Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability (every other Saturday).
- Overtime required.
- Hours vary depending on season.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
