**Jayman BUILT**, one of Alberta’s top home builders, currently has an opening for a **Full-Time Multi-Family Sales Ambassador** at our Calgary locations.

As a **Multi-Family Sales Ambassador**, you understand that customer service is everything. You’ll greet, assist, and guide potential homebuyers as they explore our show homes. You’re available to work evenings and weekends, with a total of **26 hours per week**.

**Compensation & Schedule — Level 1 Sales Ambassador**
- ** Hours**:

- Monday: 11 AM - 5 PM
- Tuesday-Thursday: 12 PM - 7 PM
- Saturday-Sunday: 11 AM - 5 PM
- Fridays and one additional weekday off
- ** Base salary of $38,000.00 per annum and vacation days provided**:

- ** Eligible for benefits** after successful completion of probationary period

**Training & Development**

As a Sales Ambassador, you’ll receive comprehensive on-site training, including:

- Product, community, and home style knowledge
- Show home presentation and customer engagement
- CRM and administrative processes
- Customer journey and pathing training
- First Aid certification

**A Day in the Life of a Sales Ambassador**
- Work in a team-selling environment alongside experienced Area Sales Managers and Associate Specialists, supported by a robust marketing plan.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and marketing collateral.
- Assist with franchise management and show home operations.
- Greet and engage customers, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Register visitors in our CRM system and maintain accurate records.
- Answer questions about floorplans, designs, and features.
- Showcase the benefits and craftsmanship of Jayman BUILT homes.
- Ensure signage and marketing materials are current and properly displayed.
- Embody and demonstrate the **values and vision** of Jayman BUILT.
