**Skills/Experience Required**:

- A formal qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Reading and interpreting blueprint drawings.
- Measurement of various types of projects from construction plans, including the ability to prepare detailed schedules of quantities.
- Remeasurement of selected packages
- Assist in the preparation of construction estimates from the information provided by Sales Team, architects, and other design consultants
- Pricing research
- Knowledge of cost estimating process.
- Knowledge of PDF software (Adobe Acrobat Pro, Blue Beam Revu) - Be able to do markups and take-offs
- High level of MS Excel and MS Project skills
- Attend regular meetings
- A team player with great communication skills both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal oriented
- Good communication skills
