Project Manager for Chinese Language Program

**Position Requirements**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese education or a related field with a strong foundation in educational theory.
- **Teaching Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in children’s Chinese education, with expertise in curriculum design and implementation. Leadership experience is a plus.
- **Market Insight**: Keen understanding of trends in the education industry, with proven ability to create marketing strategies and grow enrollment.
- **Adaptability**: Enthusiastic about challenges and capable of navigating a fast-changing environment while driving continuous improvement.
- **Leadership and Communication**: Exceptional communication and team leadership skills to build trust with parents, staff, and collaborators.

**Key Responsibilities**
