**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
- Assist pharmacists with receiving, preparing, and dispensing prescriptions.
- Accurately enter patient and prescription data into the system.
- Manage stock levels, orders, and expiry checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dispensary.
- Support pharmacists in daily operations and regulatory compliance.
- Process payments and assist with administrative tasks.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team.

**Qualifications**
- **Proven experience** as a pharmacy assistant (preferably 1-2+ years in a pharmacy setting).
- **Strong knowledge** of pharmacy operations, medications, and OTC products.
- **Excellent communication** and customer service skills.
- **Attention to detail** and high level of accuracy in handling prescriptions.
- **Familiarity** with Kroll pharmacy dispensing software is an asset.
- **Ability to work in a team** and follow direction from pharmacists.
- **Reliable, punctual, and well-organized** with good time management.
- Understanding of **confidentiality and ethical standards** in healthcare.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
