**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the standardization of processes and drive closure of non-conformances.
- Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 standards by working with the cross-functional team within the organization.
- Develop, schedule and perform ISO9001 annual internal audits with all departments within the organization.
- Create and follow up on corrective actions related to the audits results.
- Champion continual improvement activities in relation the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare for annual 3rd party ISO audits and ensure follow up corrective actions are completed as established.
- Direct involvement in regulatory audits and ensuring that the required regulatory requirements are met.
- Complete any other auditing related duties as assigned.
- Assist Quality team in data reporting and analysis (First Pass Yield, PPM’s).

**Background and Skill**
- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, or related work experience
- 5 - 7 years of relevant quality experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Thorough understanding of ISO9001 requirements
- Certified Lead Auditor
- Certified Quality Engineer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
