With a focus on total wealth planning, and wealth specialists to help you deliver on this unique value proposition, you’ll be enabling clients to see not just the big picture, but all the little ones too. **ScotiaMcLeod Wealth Advisor Development Program**: **Purpose**: At ScotiaMcLeod, our Wealth Advisors support high net worth clients in achieving peace of mind by offering trusted advice and personalized total wealth solutions tailored to their short-, medium-, and long-term life goals. The Wealth Advisor Development Program (WADP) is designed to support business succession planning, expand our advisor community, and ensure our clients continue to receive exceptional guidance and customized solutions.
