Our **FYidoctors - Wolfville** clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest **Medical Associate**.

This position is a **part-time, casual role** working **0-19 hours per week.**Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Medical Associate, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Primary focus is on pre-testing patients before they see the Optometrist
- Secondary focus is on assisting other areas of the clinic as needed
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

**What Do You Bring?**
- Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
- An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
