Customer Service Associate / Cashier (Must be 18 years or older and be willing to serve alcohol) (We will just be serving beer cans at the most)

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Bag items for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
- Will be expected to get smart serve in order to sell beer cans over the counter

Qualifications:

- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle customer transactions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing great customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and scanning items
- Basic math skills to calculate totals, discounts, and change accurately
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required
